Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, induction, appraisal, and separation.
• Handle

  employee engagement, grievance management,

  and

  disciplinary actions.

• Identify

  training needs

  and design annual

  training & development programs.

• Ensure

  compliance

  with labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, etc.).
• Liaise with

  government bodies, auditors,

  and

  consultants

  for HR audits and inspections.
• Maintain and update

  HR policies

  in line with legal and organizational standards.
• Oversee

  performance appraisals

  and support department heads in setting KPIs.
• Develop

  recognition and reward strategies

  to promote employee motivation and retention.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s in

  Human Resources / Business Administration

  or related field.

• 5–8 years

  of HR operations experience (preferably managerial).
• Strong understanding of

  Factory Laws

  and

  Statutory Compliances.

• Excellent

  communication, leadership,

  and

  interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in

  HRMS

  and

  MS Office tools.

• High level of

  integrity and confidentiality.
