o Install, configure, and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
o Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
o Ensure data and network security through regular updates and backups.
o Support users with hardware, software, and network access problems.
o Maintain documentation of network configurations and changes.
o Act as a point of contact between IT and other departments/vendors.
o Track IT asset inventory and manage procurement as needed.
o Schedule regular maintenance and updates for systems and equipment.
o Prepare and submit network performance and activity reports
o Bachelor’s degree or related field.
o 1–2 years of experience in Networking Engineer & Coordinator.
o Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.)
o Experience with IT hardware and troubleshooting
o Strong organizational and coordination skills
