Network Lead - Insurance Domain

• Serve as the technical lead for the network team, responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application developers and IT support, to ensure seamless integration and troubleshoot network-related issues.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience in network administration, with a strong understanding of the Insurance domain.
• Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless components.
• Proficient in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with network security best practices and the ability to implement effective security measures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex network-related issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in relevant network technologies (e.g., CCNA, JNCIA) is preferred.
