We are looking for a proactive HR Manager to manage HR functions at our manufacturing facility. The HR Manager will focus on recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and safety programs to support our operational goals.
·      Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the manufacturing sector.
·      Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
·      Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.
·      Develop and deliver training programs for safety and skill development.
·      Oversee compensation and benefits, ensuring competitive practices.
·      Implement performance management systems.
·      Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement improvement plans.
·      Manage HR metrics and reporting.
·      Education: Bachelorâs degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
·      Experience: 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of labor laws and safety regulations, proficiency in HRIS systems.Â
