Position: Human Resources Manager

Location: Indore

Experience Required: 2–3 years in the Hospitality Industry

WOW STAYZ2 is a growing boutique hotel & resort chain with properties across India's most loved leisure destinations. We’re building a brand rooted in warmth, comfort, and thoughtful hospitality, and we need a strong HR hand to help us scale with the right people on board.


This role is for someone who gets what it takes to build strong teams, from housekeeping and front office staff to sales, revenue, travel, and backend support. Someone who understands the industry, moves fast, and brings energy, creativity, and intent to the table every single day.


Who We’re Looking For:

A driven HR professional with solid industry experience and a strong hiring network, especially for operational/industrial roles like sales manager, operations manager, housekeeping, kitchen staff, front office, F&B, maintenance, etc.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive

    end-to-end recruitment

    across roles — from property-level operations staff to backend office positions (sales, revenue, travel, support)
  • Build and maintain strong

    hiring pipelines

    through industry contacts, referrals, vendors, and your network
  • Lead

    onboarding and induction processes

    to ensure every new team member feels welcomed and aligned from day one
  • Maintain accurate

    employee records

    , contracts, and attendance systems across locations
  • Ensure compliance with

    HR policies

    ,

    labor laws

    , and

    operational standards

  • Collaborate with the

    leadership team

    to shape team structure, people strategy, and long-term culture
  • Foster a

    high-energy, motivated work environment

    that grows with the brand


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of

    hands-on HR experience

    in the hospitality/hotel industry
  • A strong

    industry network

    , especially for hiring operational, blue/grey-collar, and support roles
  • Deep understanding of

    hospitality hiring needs

    and how to move fast without compromising quality
  • Excellent

    coordination, communication

    , and

    follow-through

    across departments and locations
  • Comfortable juggling

    multiple roles, properties, and priorities

  • Familiarity with

    HRMS tools

    , basic payroll processes, and labor law compliance
  • Someone who brings

    ownership, energy, and positivity

    to the table — not just resumes
  • And most importantly, someone who’s here to

    build something meaningful
