● Handle and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
● Focus on acquiring and retaining business from the MICE, corporate, group bookings, and events segments.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporates, travel agents, and event organizers.
● Identify new markets and develop strategic plans to expand the client base.
● Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts as per client requirements.
● Conduct sales visits, presentations, and attend industry networking events.
● Coordinate with operations, banquets, and front office teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
● Submit weekly/monthly reports on business pipeline, client visits, and market trends.
● Maintain a client database and follow up for repeat and referral business.
● Ensure excellent customer service and post-event follow-ups for client satisfaction.
● Minimum 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry (Hotels & Resorts) with a focus on MICE & Corporate Sales.
● Proven experience in leading or managing a sales team.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Willingness to travel within the city and outside as per business needs.
● Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM/hotel booking systems.
● Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
● Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
● MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
● Work Location: As per business requirement.
● Travel: Required – local & outstation as per client/event needs.
● CTC Range: ₹32,000 – ₹38,000 per month (Based on experience and skillset).
