Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior HR professional to lead our HR and Admin functions end-to-end. You will manage payroll, statutory compliance, talent acquisition, employee engagement, L&D, and office administration while mentoring a junior HR executive.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
• Build and implement HR policies, processes, and MIS dashboards.
• Drive talent acquisition and retention initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior HR staff.
• Oversee office administration, facilities, and vendor management.
• Act as a key interface with stakeholders and clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6–7 years of HR experience as a generalist with payroll & statutory compliance knowledge.
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, TDS, Shops & Establishments, POSH).
• Experience in setting up HR processes, policies, and HRMS/payroll platforms.
• Hands-on experience in office admin/facilities management.
• Excellent communication skills; professional demeanor and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.
