🔑 Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop & implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee HR operations including employee records, payroll & compliance.
  • Drive performance management systems & employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure legal compliance & resolve employee grievances.
  • Design & update company policies as per industry standards.
  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle – from onboarding to exit.
  • Plan & coordinate training and development programs.
  • Foster a positive work culture and employee relations.

    • 🎯 What We’re Looking For:
    • Strong knowledge of

      labor laws, payroll systems & HRMS tools.

    • Excellent

      leadership, communication & interpersonal skills.

    • Proven experience in

      Pharma, Chemical, Manufacturing, or Trading industries.
