▪ Alternate Saturdays are half-day (9:30 AM – 2:00 PM)

✅ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters & sourcing specialists

✅ Define KPIs, monitor performance & provide feedback

✅ Identify hiring needs and create job descriptions

✅ Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning

✅ Explore innovative sourcing methods for diverse talent pools

✅ Conduct interviews & manage end-to-end hiring process

✅ Promote employer branding and manage internship programs

✅ Provide regular recruitment reports to management
