Human Resources Manager

As an HR Operations & Engagement Champion at Ordrio, your role will involve managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and regulations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate HR records, developing and implementing HR policies, and procedures aligned with company goals. Additionally, you will design and implement employee engagement initiatives, develop recognition programs, manage employee complaints, and conduct performance evaluations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. - Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals. - Design and implement employee engagement initiatives and develop recognition programs. - Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances and conduct performance evaluations. - Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. - Develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. - Collaborate with department managers to understand their HR needs and provide strategic guidance. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization. - Ability to commute/relocate to Udupi, Karnataka.
