Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Bhopal. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, overseeing employee onboarding and training, developing HR policies, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role also includes resolving employee relations issues and implementing performance management systems to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and employee lifecycle management
• Proficiency in HR Policy Development, Compliance, and Employment Law
• Experience in Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Conflict Resolution
• Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in an HR Manager or Generalist role is highly desirable
• Proficiency in using HR management software and tools
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work collaboratively in team settings

Experience required- 2 years in similiar position handling the above profile and responsibilities.
