Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Karnal. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance with labor laws, and employee engagement initiatives. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy, as well as maintaining company culture and ensuring a positive working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Skills in performance management and employee training and development
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience in the agricultural or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, with additional HR certifications being beneficial
