Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Karnal for a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing the executive's diary, handling communication, and performing various clerical tasks. The successful candidate will ensure smooth operations by efficiently managing daily administrative duties and assisting with coordination efforts within the organization.

Qualifications

• Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Proficient in Communication, Scheduling and Diary Management
• Strong Clerical Skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Should have graduated from a secretarial college. 
• Should have 3-5 years of experience as an assistant or secretary to the MD of a company
