As a Human Resources Manager based in Karnal, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations. This includes managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance with labor laws, and employee engagement initiatives. Your role will involve developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy. Additionally, you will be tasked with preserving company culture and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate for this role should possess experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Skills in performance management, employee training and development, as well as knowledge of labor laws and compliance, are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently while managing multiple projects are key requirements. Previous experience in the agricultural or manufacturing industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with additional HR certifications considered beneficial.,
