Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Paddhari. The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, handling payroll, benefits administration, ensuring a positive working environment, and fostering employee development.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding skills
• Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management skills
• Knowledge of Matrix Cossec Software
• Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance, and Policies
• HR Strategy, Payroll, and Benefits Administration experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
