Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ghaziabad for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role will involve managing HR policies, fostering a positive work environment, implementing training programs, and ensuring alignment between organizational objectives and employee development.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
• Expertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
• Familiarity with Labor Laws, Compliance, and Policy Development
• Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Interpersonal Skills
• Proficiency in HR Management Systems (HRMS) and HR Analytics
• Problem-solving capabilities and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications are advantageous)
• Relevant experience in human resources or management roles, preferably in a manufacturing or technology-driven environment
