Role Description

Qualifications

Ability to analyze HR metrics, create reports, and make data-driven decisions
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
Prior experience in managing remote teams or an HR role in technical industries (e.g., chemical or engineering sectors) is advantageous
