Utilizing the latest technologies, we deliver high-quality fabrics to customers globally. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Manager, located in Rajkot. The Purchase Manager will be responsible for sourcing and procuring raw materials, negotiating contracts with suppliers, managing inventory levels, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Daily tasks include monitoring market trends, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and optimizing procurement processes to reduce costs. The Purchase Manager will also collaborate with other departments to align procurement strategies with organizational goals. Tech (Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics) Department: Purchase/Procurement Experience: 2 Years Location: Paddadhri, (Rajkot) - Gujarat Salary: Based on Experience and Profile Skills: Technical skills, Good Communication, Drafting, SAP Experience, Vendor Management, Negotiation Skills Key Responsibilities: Vendor Evaluation: Assess and qualify vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability. Cost Analysis: Perform detailed cost analyses to identify the best procurement options within budget constraints while maintaining quality standards. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies, external regulations, and local purchasing standards, including preparing BOQs and executing purchases. Order Management: Manage the entire ordering process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. Implement emergency plans for purchasing critical items when necessary. Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships and explore cost-saving opportunities. Technical Liaison: Act as the point of contact between engineering departments and suppliers, ensuring technical specifications are met and resolving any issues that arise.
