✅ Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
• Manage onboarding process and documentation

Payroll Processing

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Handle salary calculations, PF, ESI, deductions, reimbursements
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations

Employee Relations & Administration

• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Handle attendance, leave management, and shift schedules
• Address employee queries and grievances
• Support employee engagement activities and events

HR Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare HR policies, letters, appointment and relieving letters
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

🎯 Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in HR – recruitment, payroll, and generalist functions
• Knowledge of Payroll Software (e.g., Tally, GreytHR, or similar)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
