Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role includes developing and implementing HR policies, conducting training and development programs, and ensuring a positive work environment. The HR Manager will also handle grievances, mediate disputes, and facilitate organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations
• Strong knowledge of performance management and training development
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance
• Excellent communication, mediation, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is beneficial
