We are expanding our teams and looking for a dynamic HR Manager who can drive people initiatives, build a strong talent pipeline, and align HR practices with organizational goals. This position is not remote and needs to be from work location only and we are a six day a week organisation, candidates who are willing to adhere to this please apply Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end hiring processes for technical, sales, and operations roles. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to deliver on manpower requirements. Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and employer branding. Performance Management Implement KPI/KRA frameworks across departments. Monitor, evaluate, and drive performance reviews with department heads. Facilitate continuous feedback and performance improvement plans. Employee Engagement & Retention Design engagement activities, employee recognition programs, and career development initiatives. Ensure strong HR connect through regular touchpoints, surveys, and feedback loops. Compliance & HR Operations Oversee HR policies, payroll inputs, statutory compliance, and grievance handling. Maintain employee records and ensure adherence to labor laws. Learning & Development Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs. Track training effectiveness and align learning initiatives with organizational growth. Strategic HR Partnering Work closely with leadership to align workforce strategy with business objectives. Drive culture-building initiatives and support organizational restructuring as required. Key Result Areas (KRAs) Recruitment & Staffing – Ensure timely closure of positions across all brands. KPI/KRA Management – Successful implementation and monitoring of performance frameworks. Employee Retention – Reduce attrition rates and improve employee satisfaction. HR Operations & Compliance – Error-free payroll inputs, 100% statutory compliance. Team Management – Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing recruitment & HR team. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Recruitment: Average time-to-hire ≤ 30 days; % of critical roles filled on time. Retention: Reduce annual attrition rate by at least 10% YoY. Performance Management: 100% completion of KPI/KRA cycles and reviews on schedule. Compliance: Zero non-compliance issues during audits. Employee Engagement: ≥ 80% participation in engagement activities / surveys. Training: Minimum 2 learning initiatives per quarter with >85% completion rate. Team Management: Recruiter productivity (X hires/recruiter/month). Desired Candidate Profile MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent. 5–6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or tech sectors. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, performance management systems, and HR operations. Prior experience in KPI/KRA management and organizational development. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to mentor and lead a team of recruiters effectively.
