We, Trijog - Know Your Mind , are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and well-qualified Senior Therapist to join our team. This role involves providing psychotherapy to adult individuals, using evidence-based practices and maintaining high standards of care through structured assessments, treatment planning, and progress evaluation. Key Responsibilities: Conduct online individual and offline counseling sessions for adults across various presenting concerns. Assess and understand psychological, emotional, intellectual, behavioral, and social concerns of clients. Document client progress, maintain session notes, treatment plans, and evaluation reports using online platforms. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients goals, needs, and strengths. Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to support diagnosis and treatment direction. Interpret test results and clinical data to diagnose psychological conditions and guide therapeutic interventions. Monitor, review, and evaluate the effectiveness of counseling methods and adapt approaches accordingly. Candidate Requirements: Masters degree (or higher) in Clinical Psychology/ Counselling. Minimum of 6 years of experience in psychotherapy, particularly with adults and couples. Strong grounding in CBT, REBT, and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Demonstrated experience in handling clinical diagnoses and case management. Familiarity with mindfulness techniques, motivational interviewing, and SMART goal setting. Proficient in conducting sessions via video platforms and managing records through cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Drive). Strong communication skills, empathy, and an ability to build therapeutic rapport. Tech-savvy mindset and openness to incorporating digital solutions in client care.
