Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct online individual and offline counseling sessions for adults across various presenting concerns.
• Assess and understand psychological, emotional, intellectual, behavioral, and social concerns of clients.
• Document client progress, maintain session notes, treatment plans, and evaluation reports using online platforms.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients goals, needs, and strengths.
• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to support diagnosis and treatment direction.
• Interpret test results and clinical data to diagnose psychological conditions and guide therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor, review, and evaluate the effectiveness of counseling methods and adapt approaches accordingly.

Candidate Requirements:

• Masters degree (or higher) in Clinical Psychology/ Counselling.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in psychotherapy, particularly with adults and couples.
• Strong grounding in CBT, REBT, and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Demonstrated experience in handling clinical diagnoses and case management.
• Familiarity with mindfulness techniques, motivational interviewing, and SMART goal setting.
• Proficient in conducting sessions via video platforms and managing records through cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Drive).
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and an ability to build therapeutic rapport.
• Tech-savvy mindset and openness to incorporating digital solutions in client care.
