About the Role:

LMDmax is looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle the full range of HR operations. The role includes managing recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and helping build a strong organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding

• Handle sourcing, screening, interviews, and manpower planning

• Maintain employee relations and resolve grievances

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities

• Oversee attendance, leave, and shift management

• Manage HR documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, exit process)

• Support performance reviews and appraisal cycles

• Maintain employee records and HRIS data

• Ensure HR policy compliance and statutory requirements

• Conduct audits for attendance, behavior, and performance

• Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs (attendance, leave, overtime, incentives)

• Lead and mentor the HR team

• Support in building a positive and productive work culture

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR/Management

• 4–7 years of HR management experience

• Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and compliance

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
