HR Manager

HR foundation for a growing organization

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for office teams (sourcing, interviews, onboarding).
• Design and implement HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks (attendance, leave, conduct, performance, grievance handling, etc.).
• Support building organization structure and hierarchy: roles, reporting lines, KRAs, job descriptions, appraisal cycles.
• Build and run performance review systems and documentation (goal setting, reviews, increments, promotions).
• Oversee compensation structure coordination, payroll inputs, and HR documentation hygiene.
• Drive office decorum, discipline, and professional conduct standards.
• Support training programs, staff communication routines, and engagement initiatives.
• Act as escalation point for employee queries and grievances; ensure resolutions are fair and documented.
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR processes across departments.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 5–8+ years

  experience in HR (Generalist/HRBP/HR Ops), ideally with exposure to manufacturing + office teams.

• Must-have:

  (policies, SOPs, org structure/hierarchy, performance frameworks).
• Strong process orientation, documentation discipline, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Excel/HRMS tools and payroll coordination.
• Excellent communication, maturity, and interpersonal etiquette.
