Role Description

PPC Executive

execution-focused position

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain
TNA calendars
for all orders and update them regularly.
Track fabric in-house status, trims availability, production progress, and shipment readiness.
Generate
daily/weekly MIS reports
highlighting current status, risks, and required actions.
Follow up with
merchandising, sourcing, and production teams
to close pending actions.
Escalate potential delays or bottlenecks to management with clear data and timelines.
Support ERP/digital systems by ensuring
accurate data entry and timely updates
.
Assist in preparing capacity loading plans and monitoring adherence.

RequirementsEducation

Bachelor’s degree in
Textile Technology, Apparel Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field
.

Experience

3–6 years of experience
in garment manufacturing, specifically in
Production Planning & Control
.
Hands-on experience with
TNA management, order tracking, and reporting
.

Technical Skills

Strong
Excel/MS Office
skills; knowledge of
ERP systems
preferred.
Ability to analyze data and present concise, actionable reports.

Soft Skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Good communication and follow-up discipline.
Proactive problem solver who can push cross-functional teams diplomatically.
