Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Nagpur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment and talent acquisition processes, developing and implementing SOPs, conducting staff training sessions, and enhancing organizational culture. Additional tasks include internal branding, payroll management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Day-to-day activities also involve maintaining employee records, addressing employee relations issues, and driving employee engagement initiatives. Qualifications Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations Proficiency in developing and implementing SOPs Skills in Staff Training, Development, and Performance Management Knowledge of Payroll Management and HR Compliance Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills Ability to work on-site in Nagpur Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in strategic HR and cultural transformation is a plus Show more Show less
