Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Nagpur. The Human Resources Intern will assist in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee onboarding, and maintaining personnel records. Day-to-day tasks include supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives, conducting employee engagement activities, and assisting in training sessions. The role also involves helping with payroll processing, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and providing administrative support to the HR department.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
