Position Overview

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals and social platforms
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers
• Help manage employee onboarding and documentation processes
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
• Maintain and update HR records, spreadsheets, and reports
• Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and presentations
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

Ideal Candidate

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a team player
• Prior HR internship experience is a plus but not mandatory
