Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive Intern located in Ahmedabad. The HR Executive Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR operations, managing employee relations, and supporting HR management. Daily tasks include implementing HR policies, organizing employee records, and participating in recruitment processes. The intern will also assist with employee onboarding and handling general HR inquiries.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR Management and HR Operations
• Experience with Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Good Human Resources (HR) skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
