Role Overview:

As an HR Executive Intern at Faucek, you will gain hands-on experience in managing and executing various HR functions remotely. You’ll assist in recruitment, onboarding, performance tracking, and engagement activities while helping to strengthen Faucek’s team culture.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in HR and learn how HR functions operate in a fast-paced digital environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating, and onboarding candidates.2. Conduct virtual onboarding and induction sessions for new team members.3. Maintain and manage employee databases, attendance, and performance trackers.4. Assist in creating and implementing employee engagement activities for remote teams.5. Support in preparing offer letters, internship letters, and HR-related documentation.6. Coordinate with different departments for HR support and communication.7. Contribute ideas for HR process improvement and culture-building initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations.4. Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.).5. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely.6. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
