Business Development Associate

Faucek is looking for a driven and proactive Business Development Associate (Intern) to join our dynamic team. This is a remote opportunity where you will be instrumental in driving our business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential leads to target for business opportunities. Conduct outreach (emails, calls, social media) to initiate conversations and schedule meetings. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients to showcase our services. Build and nurture long-term relationships with new clients to ensure repeat business. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless delivery of services post-deal closure. Maintain detailed records of all leads, interactions, and conversions using CRM tools. Requirements: Immediate availability to join. Basic understanding of Business Development, Sales, and Lead Conversion strategies. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently. Comfortable working in a remote setup with office timings from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST). Strong command over English and Hindi (both written and spoken). Completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Stipend & Incentives: Rs. 3000-5000 per month stipend. 10% commission on all deals closed .
