Job Description

Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client outreach.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Develop proposals, sales pitches, and engaging presentations for potential clients.
Meet with clients to understand their requirements and propose effective, customized solutions.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth areas.
Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, client feedback, and business opportunities.
Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Graduate in
Marketing, Business Administration
, or a related field.
1-5 years
of experience in
event management, branding, fabrication
, or related industries. (Freshers with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Excellent client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
Ability to understand client requirements and deliver innovative, result-driven solutions.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and events.
