Human Resources Intern

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns/Freshers to join our Human Resources team. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations while building a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates from job portals and social media.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Support onboarding, induction, and documentation processes.
• Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR trackers.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Handle day-to-day HR operational tasks.

Requirements:

• Recently completed graduation/post-graduation (BBA/MBA in HR preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR concepts (recruitment, onboarding, engagement).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
