Job Summary:

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  end-to-end recruitment

  for both IT and Non-IT roles across various departments.
• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and campus drives.
• Conduct

  initial screenings

  (telephonic/video/in-person) to assess candidate fit (skills, attitude, and experience).
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database, trackers, and reports.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure engagement and a positive experience.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Support onboarding and documentation processes when needed.
• Stay updated with current hiring trends and best practices in recruitment.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree (BBA/MBA) in

  Human Resources

  or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in

  IT and Non-IT recruitment

  .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, Monster), LinkedIn, and ATS tools.
• Basic understanding of various job roles in IT (e.g., software developer, QA, support) and Non-IT domains (e.g., sales, marketing, operations).
