We believe this love and attention to detail can be tasted in every bite. About the role : Hospitality Industry Candidates Preferred We have an excellent opportunity for a Human Resources Manager. This is your chance to bring your love of recruitment, employee management, HR tools and desserts together in a great working environment in Koramangala. Roles & Responsibilities of Bakery Human Resource Manager Staff Planning and Scheduling: This includes managing and optimising staffing of the bakery, along with implementing weekly/monthly scheduling on the HRM. Talent Acquisition and Retention: You will be responsible for the recruitment of all positions with includes creating a job post, advertising on various platforms and contacting recruitment agents where required. Screening, interviewing and onboarding. You will also need to develop strategies to retain top staff and reduce employee turnover. Performance Management: You need to manage annual performance appraisals and monthly performance goal setting with measures along with giving feedback too employees. Conflict Resolution and Build Positive Culture: Address and mediate employee conflicts and grievances to maintain a positive work environment. Serve as a liaison between employees and management to facilitate clear and effective communication. Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills. Ensure all employee receive the appropriate training on health, safety, food hygiene and policies. Employee Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the payroll process to ensure employees are paid accurately. Manage employee benefits programs like health insurance and other perks. You will also be responsible for conducting salary reviews. Employee Engagement: Organise team building activities and events to strengthen team cohesion and collaboration. Compliance and Policy: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labour laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personal information, attendance and performance data. Ensure the bakery is compliant with all relevant employment laws, regulations and industry standards. Requirements 1+ years experience as Human Resource Manager 2+ years experience in Human Resources Advantage for hospitality and bakery experience HRM tools knowledge and good excel knowledge Works well under pressure and good at multitasking Degree in Human Resource Management or Higher Benefits · Flexibility along with a lot of learning along with the way · Perks and Great Environment .
