Junior Operations Associate

Step into the world of a premium cakes and desserts with Crave by Leena, in Koramangala, making alternate bakes including Vegan, Eggless, Keto, Gluten-free and Natural Sugar Cakes, coffees, savouries and Desserts. As a Junior Operations Associate, you’ll support the smooth functioning of daily operations at Crave, working closely with the team to ensure efficient processes across store management, inventory, coordination, and service delivery. Responsibilities Assist in the day-to-day operations of the bakery. Physical stock-take of all ingredients and packaging materials. Track inventory levels and coordinate restocking with vendors. Coordinate between dispatch, operations and production. Handle basic store administration tasks. Purchases from local vendors for day-to-day requirements. Building maintenance Opening and Closing Checklists Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in storage and service areas. Aid in quality checks. Required Experience and Qualifications 6 months to 1 year of experience in operations, or hospitality. Basic knowledge of inventory or store management is a plus. Basic system knowledge including excel is an advantage Proficiency in English and local language preferred.
