About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Junior Operations Associate to support our day-to-day business operations. The candidate will work closely with the operations to ensure smooth execution of processes, accurate documentation, and effective coordination across departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in operations and administration.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in managing daily operational tasks and workflows

· Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Finance, Tech, etc.) to ensure timely execution of processes

· Maintain and update records, reports, and operational documentation

· Monitor timelines, schedules, and ensure follow-ups on pending tasks

· Support client/partner communication and handle basic queries

· Assist in preparing operational MIS reports and presentations

· Identify and escalate operational bottlenecks to the reporting manager

· Provide administrative support to ensure efficient functioning of the team

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in commerce or related field

· 0–2 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles (freshers welcome)

· Strong organizational and time-management skills

· Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace tools

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
