About the job: The executive/senior executive will play a pivotal role in managing extended producer responsibility (EPR) projects, ensuring compliance, and providing timely updates to clients. This individual will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and auditing documents, as well as facilitating periodical reporting to clients on project progress. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end EPR project management: Actively participate in all phases of EPR projects, from inception to completion. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure adherence to client requirements. 2. Review, verification, and audit: Review and verify documents related to EPR compliance, including producer registration, collection, and recycling reports. Conduct audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards. Identify and address any discrepancies or non-compliance issues promptly and effectively. 3. Client compliance: Ensure that clients remain compliant with relevant environmental regulations and EPR obligations. Provide guidance and support to clients on implementing best practices for waste management and recycling. Address client inquiries and concerns regarding EPR compliance in a timely and professional manner. 4. Periodical reporting: Prepare and deliver periodical reports to clients, providing updates on project progress, compliance status, and key performance indicators. Analyse0020data and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable insights to clients. 5. Continuous improvement: Stay updated on changes in EPR regulations and industry best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within EPR project management. Strong understanding of EPR regulations, waste management practices, and sustainability principles. 4. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to review, verify, and interpret complex documents and data. 5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. 6. Proficiency in the MS Office suite and project management software. 7. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 8. Certification in project management or environmental management is a plus.
