About the job: Key responsibilities: A. Operations & coordination: 1. Coordinate day-to-day operations of financial literacy programs across online and offline channels 2. Support program execution by liaising with trainers, community beneficiaries, and partner organizations 3. Maintain up-to-date schedules, trackers, and databases for ongoing projects and events 4. Assist in vendor management and logistics (venues, travel, digital platforms) B. Monitoring & reporting: 1. Collect and analyze session data to assess adherence to targets, effectiveness, and identify improvement areas 2. Prepare periodic monitoring reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) for internal teams, funders, and partners 3. Ensure timely follow-up on action items and feedback from stakeholders C. Documentation & compliance: 1. Maintain accurate records of program activities, attendance, budgets, and reporting documents 2. Ensure all documents are stored systematically for ease of retrieval and compliance purposes 3. Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides) 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages a plus) 5.
