HR Manager

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about startups, agriculture, and building world-class teams.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Collaborate with leaders across farm, supply chain, and business functions to build hiring strategies.
• Source, screen, and attract top talent.
• Design and execute onboarding programs for new employees to ensure a smooth transition.

Performance Management & Development

• Implement structured performance review and feedback processes.
• Identify training and skill development opportunities.
• Support leadership in succession planning and career pathing.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building

• Drive initiatives that boost morale, engagement, and retention.
• Promote Bhoomi’s values and build a collaborative workplace.
• Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to understand employee needs.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Ensure smooth execution of payroll, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.), and HR policies.
• Maintain employee records and manage HRMIS systems.
• Handle grievances, employee welfare, and workplace health initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
• 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in startups, FMCG, or agribusiness.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, employment law, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
