Role Description We are seeking a proactive and empathetic HR Manager to lead and scale our Human Resources function. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our people-first culture while ensuring efficient processes, regulatory compliance, and strong employee engagement across our growing teams. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about startups, agriculture, and building world-class teams. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Collaborate with leaders across farm, supply chain, and business functions to build hiring strategies. Source, screen, and attract top talent. Design and execute onboarding programs for new employees to ensure a smooth transition. Performance Management & Development Implement structured performance review and feedback processes. Identify training and skill development opportunities. Support leadership in succession planning and career pathing. Employee Engagement & Culture Building Drive initiatives that boost morale, engagement, and retention. Promote Bhoomi’s values and build a collaborative workplace. Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to understand employee needs. HR Operations & Compliance Ensure smooth execution of payroll, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.), and HR policies. Maintain employee records and manage HRMIS systems. Handle grievances, employee welfare, and workplace health initiatives. What We Are Looking For MBA/PGDM in HR or related field. 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in startups, FMCG, or agribusiness. Strong understanding of HR operations, employment law, and compliance. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Why Bhoomi?
