Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Hayward Synthetic Private Limited, located in Palghar. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing HR operations, overseeing recruitment processes, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, performance management, and the implementation of HR policies. Daily tasks include facilitating employee training, resolving employee issues, and ensuring a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also work on strategic HR initiatives to support organizational growth. Qualifications HR Management and Recruitment skills Employee Relations and Performance Management experience Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution abilities Ability to work independently and on-site Experience in the textiles industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
