Job Title: Human Resources Manager Location: Noida, Sector 63 Experience: 7–10 years About the Role We are seeking a Lead – Human Resources to drive HR strategy, people operations, and talent development for our fast-growing organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong culture, ensuring compliance, and enabling employee success across all functions. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Drive end-to-end recruitment for all roles, ensuring the right talent fit. Oversee onboarding and induction programs for smooth integration. Employee Engagement & Culture Build and nurture an employee-centric culture that encourages performance, collaboration, and retention. Design engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms. Performance & Development Implement performance management systems and appraisal processes. Identify learning needs and oversee training & development initiatives. HR Operations & Compliance Manage payroll, attendance, HRMS, and other day-to-day HR operations. Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements. Leadership & Strategy Partner with management to align HR strategy with business goals. Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and people strategy. Requirements MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification. 7–10 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of HR laws, processes, and HRMS systems. Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and people management skills. Prior experience in IT, creative, or fast-paced environments will be preferred.
