Requirements MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification. 7–10 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of HR laws, processes, and HRMS systems. Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and people management skills. Prior experience in IT, creative, or fast-paced environments will be preferred.
