Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Nashik. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and the development of HR policies. Daily tasks include managing the hiring process, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, handling staff grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager will also be responsible for promoting organizational culture and ensuring a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and performance management
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
• Strong skills in employee relations and conflict resolution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in architecture or design firms is beneficial
