Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Human Resources / L&D Apprentice in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and records.
  • Support compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
  • Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other HR software applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is an added advantage.
