Role Overview

HR Interns

As an HR Intern, you’ll be part of a dynamic and growth-focused HR team shaping the workforce for one of India’s fastest-growing global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
  • Support HR operations, including documentation, HRMS updates, and compliance.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
  • Assist in designing and implementing learning and development programs.
  • Contribute to performance management and appraisal tracking.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership review.

Compensation & Growth Path

  • Internship Stipend:

    ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month (based on academic credentials, experience, and interview performance).
  • Duration:

    6–12 months.
  • On successful completion, interns will be

    absorbed as HR Managers

    with:
  • Fixed Compensation:

    ₹3 – ₹4 LPA
  • Variable Pay:

    Performance-based incentives.
