About Role

We are hiring an HR Intern to support our recruitment and people operations . This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are looking to gain practical experience in HR while working in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings on platforms like LinkedIn
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on defined criteria
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update documentation regularly
• Support onboarding processes and candidate communication
• Collect feedback and contribute to improving hiring workflow

Requirements

• Students or recent graduates in HR, business, or related fields
• Good communication skills in both English and Hindi
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, and email
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
