As an HR Intern at our company, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources department, gaining hands-on experience in HR operations with a focus on recruitment and employee onboarding. Your proactive and enthusiastic approach, combined with strong communication and organizational skills, will contribute to your success in this role. Immediate availability is preferred to join our dynamic team in New Delhi. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting the HR team. - Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview processes. - Support new employee onboarding, including documentation procedures. - Learn to manage HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality. - Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and scheduling. - Prepare and maintain HR reports and analytics as needed. - Stay informed about HR best practices and relevant labor laws. - Provide general administrative support to the HR team. Qualifications: - Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Previous internship experience in HR or related field is advantageous. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - Immediate availability to commence the internship. Must-Have Skills: - Eagerness to learn and adapt to HR functions. - Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters. - Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. - Strong sense of ownership and responsibility. Duration and Training: This is a 6-month internship program, providing you with comprehensive on-the-job training to develop essential HR competencies.
