Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Intern will assist with day-to-day HR tasks such as managing HR documents and databases, helping with the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, and coordinating interviews. The intern will also be involved in implementing and administering HR policies and procedures, and will support employee engagement activities and programs. Qualifications Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) practices and policies Basic knowledge of HR Management and Personnel Management Understanding of Employee Benefits and HR Policies Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Proficiency in MS Office applications Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment and Coordination Assist in job postings across various free platforms (repeatedly) to boost SEO. Identify and connect with new recruitment consultants and reactivate existing ones. Coordinate with candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain communication. Internship Outreach Research and post internship opportunities on various platforms (especially unpaid internships) to attract potential interns and boost SEO. Send mailers to colleges, universities, and training institutes across India and abroad. Database Management Create and update a comprehensive list of universities/institutes: India: North India and other regions Developing Countries: UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah), Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Saudi Arabia, Vietnam, African nations (Tanzania, Ethiopia, Ghana, Nigeria, Sudan, Algeria, Zambia) Regularly search and maintain email ID databases of Indian colleges in Excel format. Keep track of applicants, shortlisted candidates, and interview statuses in spreadsheets. HR Documentation Support Assist the HR team in proofreading and reviewing company HR policies and documents. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Female candidates only Must be based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate for the internship duration Graduate or pursuing graduation/post-graduation in HR, Management, or a related field Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and internet research Strong communication and coordination skills WHAT YOU WILL GAIN Real-time experience in HR operations and recruitment processes Exposure to international internship outreach Learn the fundamentals of candidate sourcing and employer branding Certificate of Internship upon successful completion Show more Show less
